Leonardo Wengrover founded W Advisors, a multi family office serving 30 families in Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina in 2005. Leonardo is responsible for advising his customers in the process of Private Wealth Management and Family Governance. Leonardo has regularly attended Family Office conferences as speaker and chairman. He graduated as a civil engineer with an emphasis in finance.
Before that, Leonardo was in charge of establishing and developing Wealth Management Offices for three different international banks in Southern Brazil.
