International Wealth Management Forum

The Forum starts on Monday April 20 at 8am with the registration, followed by the chairpersons welcome address at 9am.

The Forum ends on Tuesday, April 21 at 5pm with the chairpersons closing comments.


Transport

The JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa is best accessible via from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport – (PHX).

  • Nine miles North East from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport – (PHX)
  • Taxi fare from PHX is approximately USD 40 (one way)

Alternate transportation to the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa is from Scottsdale Municipal Airport – (SCF).

  • 12 miles South from Scottsdale Municipal Airport – (SCF)
  • Taxi fare from SCF is approximately USD 45 (one way)

    This hotel does not provide shuttle service.

Please note that IFG does not arrange any of the above services.
 

Registration

The Forum Registration Desk – The desk will be open for registration between 08:00am – 09:00am on Monday April 20, 2015. The hotel’s front desk will direct you to the Forum Registration Desk after you have checked in with the hotel. All attendees are required to register promptly and collect their documentation for the Forum during these times.

Upon registration, attendees will receive a Forum Pack with the following information:

  • Your personal itinerary for presentations and meetings scheduled on Monday, April 20. (Itineraries for Tuesday, April 21 will be delivered to all guest rooms on Monday evening.)
  • The Forum Program

Please keep the following in mind for your arrival/departure:

  • Please be prepared with a credit card for incidentals at check-in
  • Porterage gratuities are USD 12 per person round trip
  • Housekeeping gratuities are USD 4 per room per day.
  • Optional resort fee of USD 29 per room per night, plus applicable state and local taxes.  This includes high speed wireless internet in your guest room, unlimited local and domestic calls, Access to Spa fitness center, overnight self-parking etc

Please note that these charges are the responsibility of the guest

You will be issued a name badge at registration. Admittance to all sessions throughout the Forum will be by name badge only. Attendees are required to wear their name badges at all times for both security and catering purposes.

Accommodation

IFG – International Forum Group has reserved rooms for single occupancy at The JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, Scottsdale. One night accommodation is included in your forum package. In order to reserve your hotel room please submit the provided Travel Form.

Check In – Check in is available from 4:00pm. You may leave your luggage with the concierge until your room is available.

Check Out – Please vacate your room by 12:00pm. You may leave your luggage with the concierge until your departure. You must ensure that any additional personal expenses are settled in full before departing the hotel.

Travel Form – Please complete attached travel form and email to Kelly-AnnC@ifgamericas.com to secure your reservation.

All bookings for additional accommodation are subject to availability and at your own expense – Please make sure to book additional nights with your Operations Manager to be eligible for the reduced IFG group room rate of USD 209 per night.


Catering

Meals – All communal meals throughout the Forum are organized by IFG and are offered to all participants with our compliments.

Special Dietary Requirements – Guests should notify IFG of any specific dietary requirements by completing the relevant section on the Travel Form and send back by immediate return.
