With the open market committee taking place in May, the Federal Reserve System is strongly signaling the increase of interest rates. With implications for the fixed income market unraveling, it leads many investors to think there will be an amplified level of volatility in the market. In this panel discussion, we will address how investors should approach riskier assets as compared to the past and how they are reacting to changes with regard to specific investment strategies.

Mark Castelin is a Director of Investment Advisory Services at CTC | myCFO, an integrated wealth management provider that serves ultra-affluent individuals, families and family offices across their tax, estate, investment, philanthropic, risk and family capital needs.

CTC | myCFO serves over 300 wealthy individuals and families across the United States and internationally, and oversees more than $39 billion in assets under management or advisement, with an additional $43 billion in assets under custody and administration.

Mark joined the organization in 2010 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is responsible for overseeing the delivery of integrated investment advice and client service, including the development and implementation of investment policies, analysis and monitoring of client portfolios, recommendations of appropriate asset allocations and the evaluation and selection of investment managers.

Mr. Castelin received a BS in Political Science from the University of Idaho and an MBA, with a concentration in Pacific Basin Trade and Marketing, from the University of Alaska-Fairbanks School of Management. Mark lives in Seattle, Washington.
